About Susan

Susan has over 15 years of experience as an internal consultant and an external advisor working in – and for – Strategy, Technology and HR organizations driving enterprise-wide change and developing new capabilities. Her ability to leverage HR data as an evidence-based asset enables organizations to drive strategy, analysis, insights and results. Susan works with leaders to identify the strategic portfolio of projects and programs to achieve short- & long-term business objectives and manages the portfolio.
